Dear Friends of Matthew's Crossing,
It is with a heart full of gratitude, and a little bittersweet, that we share some important news with our Matthew's Crossing family.
Our beloved Development Director Jennifer Francisco, will be departing on May 8th as she steps into an exciting new chapter of her journey. Before she goes, we want to celebrate her the way she deserves, surrounded by the people whose lives she has touched.
You are warmly invited to join us for a going away celebration in Jennifer's honor:

Jennifer's story with Matthew's Crossing is one of the most beautiful examples of what it looks like to truly grow with a mission. She first walked through our doors in 2019, not as a staff member, but as a volunteer. From there, her dedication and heart for this community led her to become the coordinator of our Meals to Grow Weekend Backpack Program, one of our most cherished and impactful programs serving children in need. Just over two years ago, she stepped into the role of Development Director, where she has poured every ounce of her talent, energy, and compassion into growing this organization and the community we serve.
Jennifer has been more than a director. She has been a champion for the families we serve, a mentor to those around her, and the kind of leader who leads quietly but leaves an enormous impact. The foundation she has built at Matthew's Crossing will continue to serve our community for years to come, and for that, we are forever grateful.
Please come ready to celebrate, share a memory, and send Jennifer off with the love and appreciation she so richly deserves.
