Dear Lily's Pad Friend,
I can hardly believe it, but Lily's Pad is turning 2! We are so thrilled to have been able to offer play to children with such a wide variety of medical conditions that often put them in isolation.
To celebrate our year anniversary and to continue to spread the word that we are here, we are opening up our space to the public on Wednesday, August 5th from 3 pm - 7 pm. I would love to have you stop by and see how much we have grown! Please feel free to invite anyone that you think might enjoy seeing our facility as well.
We are closed for play, so none of our families will be present and we are limiting time on the playground to guided tours only to maintain the cleanliness of the space.
Snacks and beverages will be available and all who stop by will be entered into our raffle drawing.
I would love to invite you to our Open House on Tuesday, August 5th from 3 pm - 7 pm. During our Open House, we will be offering tours of our facility, sharing some snacks and beverages and just celebrating the gift of play that your support has provided! Every guest will receive a raffle ticket for the chance to win some great prizes! Feel free to invite a friend or colleague and just help us spread the word about the Lily's Pad resource.
In addition to this great celebration, we will be working to unlock a $10,000 cash donation from an anonymous donor team. They have challenged us to raise $10,000 by the end of our party and offered to MATCH it if we are able to do so! We would greatly appreciate any and all support you would be willing to provide to help us reach our goal! Lily's Pad is a qualifying charitable tax organization for the state of Arizona, so all donations can be applied for a dollar for dollar tax credit at the end of the year! We are so grateful to know that children in medical battles have a safe space to play here at Lily's Pad and we are so grateful to this community for helping us to build our facility and for your continued support!
